Service Engineer / Field Service Engineer – CNC Machinery

Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, inspection and functional testing of CNC machines.
• Carry out troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair works on machinery.
• Prepare and use the appropriate tools, equipment, materials and consumables for service jobs.
• Identify machine issues and carry out necessary repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow proper safety procedures and practices.
• Support ad hoc service and technical projects as assigned.

Requirements

• CNC machine experience is a MUST.
• Relevant experience in machine servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair.
• Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
• Willing to travel for machine installation, servicing and maintenance when required.
• Hands-on and comfortable working with industrial machinery.
