About the Role

We are looking for a service engineer to join our technical team. The role involves installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT, networking, CCTV, and security surveillance solutions.

Freshers and diploma holders with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of IT, networking, and CCTV systems.
• Visit customer sites for installation and service support.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, and CCTV-related issues.
• Assist senior engineers in installation, maintenance, and site work.
• to customer complaints and provide technical support.
• Prepare basic service and installation reports.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, or CCTV will be an advantage.
• Good communication and learning ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
• Should be comfortable visiting customer sites.
• Should own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
