What they need
Role & responsibilities
Should be able to carry out the preventive maintenance activity of all coating Machines & supporting Machines.
Should be able to carry out the Breakdown maintenance activity of all coating Machines & supporting Machines.
3.Provide emergency equipment repairs in order to production running at all times.
Hands on experience in Trouble shooting of machines (CNC machines), relay logic control, PLC Control and AC drives .
Added advantage of vaccum technology.
Communicate to service and shift leader in case of machine troubles/errors.
Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements.
6.Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S,
Required education, experience, knowledge
1.Minimum 3-4 years experience as service engineer in mechanical/service industry.
2.Should exhibit resourcefulness as well as active listening & troubleshooting skills.
