Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer with practical knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical components. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of industrial equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults at customer sites.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Identify equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Handle mechanical assemblies, motors, sensors, switches, pneumatic systems, and basic electrical controls.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide timely service support.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and site visit reports.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
• Travel to customer locations as required for installation, servicing, and technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant service or maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of motors, sensors, actuators, pneumatic systems, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Ability to work independently and resolve technical problems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in industrial machinery, jigs and fixtures, automation systems, testing equipment, or special-purpose machines (SPMs).
• Knowledge of PLCs, control panels, and industrial automation is an advantage.
• Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and breakdown troubleshooting is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000, depending on experience and technical skills.
