Service Engineer ( Mechanical )

Responsibilities :

• Attend customer service requests
• Provide in house and outdoor service support and repair
• Assess customer's return unit and provide cost estimation for service
• Investigate / assess and verify customer warranty claims
• Organize and maintain proper housekeeping at the electronics service workshop include all tools / equipment and parts
• Provide product training to customers
• Other tasks assigned by immediate superior as deem fit
