Service Engineer (Mechanical / Data Centre / Cooling Solutions)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Carry out equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls).
• Provide onsite technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance procedures.
• Liaise with clients, site engineers and customer engineering teams to ensure service quality and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare service reports, weekly/monthly work updates and maintain accurate records of servicing, troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor activities, manage daily work schedules and ensure all site works are completed safely and on time.
• Comply with data centre safety regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and company quality standards.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical works.
