SERVICE ENGINEER - SBA

Primary responsibilities:

• Support the development and profitable management of COMO products and service contracts in the Philippines.
• Execute Online System Projects in accordance to service standards. This includes IMX systems, offline products etc. - Assure the job/ project is delivered in due time, with right cost and quality.
• Execute, monitor and control condition based maintenance (CBM) services in accordance to service standards. Vibration analysis and diagnostic services provided by on-site technician for operational machines and acceptance tests. It includes PdM programmes, Thermography, Electrical motor testing, non destructive testing.
• Execute and / or supervise Mechanical services in accordance to service standards. It includes measurement, alignment, balancing, machining, Mounting/Dismounting, Lubrication execution.
• Use of CMMS’s schedule and planning modules such as SAP/Service Max
• Conduct Smart Start Product Training and after sales support
• Prepare and submit weekly customer visit plans and follow-up activity reports.

Secondary Role:

• Assist in handling and tracking quality-related issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with SKF ISEA and global teams to share and adopt best practices.

Candidates should have the following key skills/profile:

• Minimum 2 years’ service experience with customer management and business development process
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding in machines, work safely on-site, diagnose problems, and communicate value to customers
• Ability to follow standards
• Good mechanical engineering foundation
• Vibration Analysis Experience is an advantage
• Experience in industries like cement, mining, oil & gas, power, or manufacturing
• Customer‑centric mindset
• Excellent language skills - fluent in written and spoken English
• Team player who is able to work in a matrix organization.
• Working knowledge of relevant safety aspects and ability to perform projects, operations, and procedures within technical safety in workplace.
