Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

About the role

Provide technical support to customers in the field, including machine maintenance support with repair and preventive maintenance. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers in the field

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures

About you

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or other relevant Engineering
• At least 1-2 years working experience in servicing or maintenance field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in Semicon or Electronics industry (preferred)
