Service Engineer/ Service Manager

Location: Chennai /Delhi/ Jaipur / Kolkata

No. of opening: 1 opening in each location

Responsibilities

• Install and commission industrial inkjet printers at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and service checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with hardware, software or ink systems.
• Replace or repair defective parts, printheads and control modules.
• Provide technical training and demonstrations to end-users, if required.
• Document service reports, issues encountered and solutions provided.
• Collaborate with the support team for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and tools.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably Bachelor s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in servicing inkjet printers or related printing machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic systems.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with inkjet printing technologies and software.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of ink types, viscosity, and ink delivery systems.
• Knowledge of industrial automation.
