Service Engineer (SMT experience)

About the role

Service engineer support machine in SMT process including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and production support. You will provide support to Engineers, reliability technicians and factory operations teams for continuous improvement activities in Safety, Quality, and cost efficiency. You will deliver services to customers effectively and on time across nearby Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, Pathumthani, Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong and other areas.

Key responsibilities

• Service engineer support machine in SMT process (Installation, maintenance, troubleshoot, training, production support)
• Provide support to Engineers, reliability technicians and factory operations teams for continuous improvement activities in Safety, Quality, and cost efficiency
• Deliver services to customers effectively and on time (Service around nearby Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, Pathumthani, Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance
• Walk customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely and provide clear customer feedback
• Respond to out of hours callouts in a timely manner
• Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times

About you

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in Yamaha/SMT/Omron/AOI machines is required
• Intermediate level or above in English is required
• Ability to use MS Office programs
• Ability to drive a car with a valid driver's license
• Pleasant personality, High responsibility, active and service-minded
• Can work under pressure, Patient and Trustworthy
• Good problem-solving skills
