Service Engineer Supervisor (HVAC / Cooling Systems)

About the role

Service Engineer Supervisor for HVAC and cooling systems, managing daily after-sales operations and service team activities across Thailand. The role involves leading technical troubleshooting, on-site repairs, and remote technical guidance for industrial HVAC equipment, large-scale chillers, precision air conditioning, and fan wall units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily after-sales operations and service team activities across Thailand to ensure high customer satisfaction and rapid response times
• Develop and optimize service workflows for equipment installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and complaint resolution
• Lead technical troubleshooting, on-site repairs, and remote technical guidance for industrial HVAC equipment, large-scale chillers, precision air conditioning, and fan wall units
• Provide technical upgrade and retrofitting recommendations for specialized cooling systems and HVAC equipment
• Diagnose control faults and troubleshoot equipment issues via PLC programs and logic control systems
• Act as a trilingual communication bridge between overseas headquarters, local clients, and suppliers regarding technical specifications, spare parts, and logistics
• Handle major customer complaints, resolve technical escalation issues, and maintain a professional corporate brand image
• Organize training sessions for local Thai engineering staff regarding technical procedures, corporate workflows, and service standards
• Promote a hands-on technical culture, actively working on-site alongside team members at project facilities
• Manage and handle 3-8 subordinates

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field)

• Proven experience in engineering management or leading an after-sales service team

• Practical knowledge of PLC program troubleshooting and logic control systems

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

• Professional customer-facing image with a dedicated service mindset

• Possess a valid driver's license and proficient driving skills

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to work on-site alongside the team

• Able to work 6 days per week (Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) based primarily at project sites in Rayong and Chonburi, with occasional visits to the Bangkok office

• Able to travel abroad (mainly to Mainland China and Malaysia) for business purposes
