Service Engineer Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

·       Perform servicing, troubleshooting and repair of heavy duty equipment (boom lifts, scissors lift, generator, air compressor, forklift, BESS) at work sites and in the workshop.

·       Assist in diagnose electrical, hydraulic and mechanical issues.

·       Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.

·       Conduct pre-delivery inspections and liaise with internal parties to ensure timely equipment readiness.

·       Maintain accurate service report, part usage log and job completion record.

·       Provide technical support to customer and ensure service quality meet safety and compliance requirements.

·       Complies to all rules and regulations stipulated by the company on general code of conduct and safety.

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

·       At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or servicing of heavy equipment.

·       Independent, proactive, and able to work in outdoor environments.

·       Good problem-solving skills and a team player.

·       Candidate with an electrical engineering background or relevant electrical experience are strongly preferred.

·       Experience with MEWPs or other heavy equipment is an advantage.

·       Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Working hour:

08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday

08:00 to 17:00 Friday
