Service Engineer (Valves/ Flow Control)

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, implementation, troubleshooting, and repair of valves and control instruments.
• Coordinate service schedules and execution plans with the customer service team.
• Perform valve repairs at customer sites or in-house.
• Work with internal teams to conduct root cause analysis and prepare customer reports.
• Develop solutions for customer technical challenges.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote Emerson products, services, and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and PPE usage.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in instrumentation, process, or service industries.
• Good knowledge of control valves, on/off valves, actuators, control and instrumentation.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical service or maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong customer rapport-building, problem-solving, teamwork, and task management skills.
• Able to travel on short notice.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
