Service Engineer (VFD)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide field service engineering support for AC drives, servo drives, VFD drives, and other industrial automation equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Configure and program VFD parameters.
• Travel to customer sites for service and commissioning.
• Conduct installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and machinery.
• Collaborate with customers to identify issues and resolve problems related to industrial automation projects.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as calibration, testing, and repair of electrical components.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during on-site work.

Required Skills

• Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
• Good knowledge of VFDs, PLC, HMI, Servo Drives, and Soft Starters.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of electrical panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and control wiring.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel.
