Service Engineer (Voice , Network) Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Network and Voice systems through both remote and on-site support.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IP Telephony systems, including IP PBX, SIP Trunk, Voice Gateway, and IP Phone solutions.
• Monitor the performance and availability of Network and Voice systems to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and update firmware/software on network and voice equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Network and Voice Support or as a Service Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS.
• Familiarity with Voice/VoIP technologies, such as IP PBX, SIP, SIP Trunk, Voice Gateway, and IP Phone.
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
