Job Description:

• Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support for SMT and related equipments
• Support AOI and SMT machines at customer sites
• Monitor and maintain machine and electrical equipment performance to ensure reliable operation
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, safety, and proper usage
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve machine performance
• Provide timely on-site service and respond to customer inquiries and urgent service calls
• Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost efficiency
• Prepare service reports and provide clear feedback on customer issues and machine conditions
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company regulations
• Support the Manager and Senior Engineers with other technical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineer, or a related field
• Daily-level English communication skills (Able to communicate with the foreign managers)
• Experience 3-5 years in Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or any related fields
• Experience with SMT, Omron, AOI, or related production equipment is highly preferred
• Experience in machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical customer support is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Service-minded, responsible, patient, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or respond to emergency service calls when required
• Valid driver's license is required (can use company’s cars)
