Service Engineering Admin Staff (CDO)

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting PACPH after-sales operations in the CDO region through service coordination, spare parts warehouse management, inventory monitoring, and dealer/Authorized Service Center (ASC) support to ensure fast and efficient customer service.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related 4-year course

· Experience in customer service, administration, or service operations is an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· SAP or ERP system experience is an advantage

· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

· Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

· Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and follow up on pending and ongoing service repair jobs.

· Manage spare parts inventory, warehouse transactions, and stock availability in the CDO warehouse.

· Coordinate with dealers, customers, and Authorized Service Centers (ASCs).

· Monitor rebate claims, service reports, and operational documentation.

· Conduct training on Genesis Portal and Panasonic standard processes for ASCs.

· Assist in developing and supporting ASC operations within the region.

· Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

· Recommend process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
