We are partnering with a global leader in industrial automation and process control solutions to hire a Service Engineering Manager. This leadership role focuses on managing a team of service engineers, overseeing Distributed Control System (DCS) service operations, and supporting customers with system maintenance, upgrades, and modernization.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DCS service engineers

• Oversee service delivery, maintenance, upgrades, and system optimization

• Manage customer relationships, service agreements, budgets, and resources

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams

• Travel up to 20%

Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, Automation, or related discipline

• 7+ years of experience with DCS, PLC/SCADA, or industrial automation systems

• 3+ years of engineering or technical service leadership experience

• Strong understanding of industrial networks, control systems, and manufacturing processes

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to support occasional after-hours customer needs
