We're Hiring: Service Engineering Supervisor

Location: Bangkok / Rayong / Chonburi

We are looking for a Service Engineering Supervisor to lead and manage our after-sales service team for Chiller and HVAC systems in Thailand. This role is responsible for coordinating between our China headquarters, local customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient and standards-compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the service engineering team in repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Chiller and HVAC systems.

2. Oversee after-sales service, handle customer complaints, and ensure service quality control.

3. Plan, train, and develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team.

4. Coordinate with headquarters, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience in managing a service engineering or after-sales service team.

3. Knowledge and experience with Chiller and HVAC systems for industrial applications.

4. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues via PLC.

5. Good command of Thai, and able to use Chinese or English for work.

เรากำลังมองหา หัวหน้าวิศวกรบริการ เพื่อดูแลและบริหารทีมบริการหลังการขายสำหรับระบบ Chiller และ HVAC ในประเทศไทย โดยรับผิดชอบการประสานงานระหว่างสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศจีน ลูกค้า และซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้มาตรฐาน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. บริหารและนำทีมวิศวกรบริการในการซ่อมแซม แก้ไขปัญหา และบำรุงรักษาระบบ Chiller และ HVAC

2. ดูแลการให้บริการหลังการขาย พร้อมจัดการข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและควบคุมคุณภาพการให้บริการ

3. วางแผน ฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมวิศวกร

4. ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ ลูกค้า และซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น คุณสมบัติ

5. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมเครื่องทำความเย็น หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีมวิศวกรรมบริการหรือบริการหลังการขาย

7. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ Chiller และระบบ HVAC สำหรับงานอุตสาหกรรม

8. สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบผ่าน PLC ได้

9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และใช้ภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้

10. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ Data Center จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
