*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced *Service Engineer – Material Handling Equipment* to manage service operations, lead field service engineers and technicians, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with electric forklifts and warehouse equipment, along with expertise in preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, team management, and after-sales support.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage daily service operations, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of material handling equipment.

Lead and supervise service engineers and technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Plan service calls, allocate field visits, and monitor equipment performance and downtime.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues in electric forklifts, reach trucks, pallet trucks, and stackers.

Handle customer complaints, breakdown escalations, and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams for technical support, warranty claims, and spare parts requirements.

Identify opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts sales, and after-sales service revenue.

Monitor service KPIs, technician productivity, response time, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain service reports, maintenance records, warranty documentation, and performance reports.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and service procedures.

Travel across Mumbai and nearby locations for customer visits and service-related requirements.

*Candidate Requirements*

Graduate in any discipline: a technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering/Diploma will be preferred.

2 to 3years of relevant experience in MHE servicing and service operations.

Strong hands-on experience with electric forklifts, reach trucks, pallet trucks, stackers, or similar warehouse equipment.

Experience in managing service engineers, technicians, and field service operations.

Good knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, spare parts, AMC management, and warranty processes.

Strong customer relationship management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/service management software.

Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR , Haryana, Noida Faridabad, Jhajjar and nearby locations.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
