Service Execution Engineer

Note: Two Positions (1 Dubai, 1 Abu Dhabi)

Job Overview:

The Service Execution Engineer executes the appropriate engineering skills in assigned territories to support products that require proper planning and coordinating with different stakeholders (Client, Sales team and installation teams etc.) to deliver the product. Will include the direct responsibilities of delivering consistently improving project management and sales execution to the healthcare sector, thus contributing to the achievement of the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare and check the shop drawings and technical material submittals in coordination with manufacture team.
• Supervise the project documentation and delivery process.
• Responsible to prepare and submit the project timeline and project documentation as per the client requirement.
• Attend the site visits and weekly progress meeting with contractors or client
• Ensure that all the pre installation works are as per the manufacturer requirements with full coordination’s with all involved parties from client and manufacture sides
• Responsible for equipment Pre-installation delivery and installation according to the project timeline
• Responsible for the site activities for all the MPC installation team or/and subcontractor teams
• Follow up/report projects execution progress and coordinate scopes related to subcontractors and installation teams.
• Deliver the project within agreed timeline to avoid penalties
• FANR registration, following import permit, clearing, presence during equipment deliver (if required), and ensure site readiness for radiation safety conditions as per FANR standards after installation completion
• Cooperates with other department’s colleagues to efficiently execute implementation plans to achieve divisional objectives.
• Works with different teams and groups to resolve practical execution issues and common problems.
• Establishes & sustains effective relations with key customers/consultants & partners.
• To follow up/report projects execution progress and coordinate scopes related to subcontractors and installation teams.
• Adheres to the company quality management strategy and plans.
• Monitor the team and subcontractors and ensure they follow the project processes and roles.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 4-6 years of Project Management experience supporting Healthcare related projects.
• Proven high quality leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex implementation projects.
• Excellent judgement, time management and organizational skills.
• Expert-level skill in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project is required
