Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Service Executive to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and complaints politely.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and billing team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
• Follow hotel service standards and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Support billing and payment collection when required.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
