About the role

KSY AUTO SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and professional Service Executive to join our growing team in Putatan, Sabah. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support within our automotive service operations. As a Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily service centre operations.
• Ensure efficient vehicle servicing and repair processes
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare service reports, maintain records, and manager service documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, Service Advisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relavant automotive aftersales experience is and advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Organised, proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple task efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driving license
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
