Service Greeter

Are you the kind of person who can brighten someone's day with a smile and a friendly hello? Nissan of Cumming is looking for a Service Greeter to be the first face our customers see when they arrive at our service department.

What you'll do

• Welcome every customer warmly as they pull into the service drive
• Gather basic customer and vehicle information and connect guests with their service advisor
• Keep the drive organized and help traffic flow smoothly during busy times
• Answer questions, direct customers to the waiting area or shuttle, and help keep them comfortable
• Keep the customer lounge and service drive clean, neat, and welcoming

What we're looking for

• A polished, professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
• A genuine love of working with people and helping them feel taken care of
• A positive attitude and a calm demeanor, even when things get busy
• Reliability and punctuality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

• Starting pay of $14.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
