Job Summary
Lead and manage the service department for UPS, Batteries, Inverters and Power
Backup Systems. Responsible for field service operations, customer support, AMC
business, service engineers and timely resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead service team and field engineers.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls and complaints.
• Manage AMC, preventive maintenance and installations.
• Monitor KPIs, TAT and customer satisfaction.
• Plan engineer deployment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Stores and Accounts.
• Manage spare parts and service documentation.
• Handle customer escalations and MIS reporting.
  Requirements
• Diploma/BE/BTech Electrical/Electronics.
• 815 years in UPS, Battery, Inverter, Power Backup or Electrical Equipment industry.
• 35 years leading a service team.
• Strong knowledge of AMC, preventive maintenance, breakdown service and customer
  support.
