Laser Machines or Industrial Machinery Service
We are looking for an experienced & responsible Service Head to manage our service operations for:
Laser Marking Machines
Laser Welding Machines
Other Laser Machines
Hallmarking / HUID Machines
Other Laser & machine Equipment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and assign tasks to a 10–15 member Service Team
* Plan and coordinate Machine Installation & Commissioning
* Schedule and monitor Service Calls & Site Visits
* Handle service operations within and outside Surat
* Coordinate with Service Engineers and ensure timely resolution
* Personally handle critical technical issues
* Communicate directly with customers and resolve escalated matters
* Monitor pending service complaints and ensure proper follow-up
* Maintain service reports, customer feedback, and team performance
* Coordinate with Sales, Technical & Management teams
* Ensure excellent after-sales service & customer satisfaction
