SERVICE INTERN

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Service Operations Coordination

· Support daily service operations, including service documentation, contracts, timesheets, and administrative records.

· Coordinate service activities with customers, service engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-up.

· Process purchase requests and operational transactions in SAP.

· Assist in preparing and maintaining training materials and logistics for customer training programs.

· Be the point of contact, handle procurement procedures for necessary tools and components of the department.

B. SAP Support & Operation

· Maintain service-related data and records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Support department members in SAP operational activities and basic troubleshooting.

· Generate reports and monitor service operation data as required.

C. Technical Service Support

· Support receipt, classification and visual inspection of customer equipment for calibration and maintenance services.

· Assist in lubricant analysis service activities, including sample receiving, classification, packaging and communication with laboratories.

· Coordinate shipment and return processes with Supply Chain teams, including relevant import/export documentation.

Required Skills and Knowledge

· A student or recent graduate in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering or a related field.

· No prior work experience required. Priority is given to candidates with practical experience with service-related SAP modules such as CS (Customer Service), SD (Sales & Distribution), or PM (Plant Maintenance).

· Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with the confidence to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and proactively follow up on tasks.

· Basic technical understanding and an interest in industrial equipment, maintenance and technical services.

· Good organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and a logical approach to solving problems.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP as an end user. Exposure to SAP CS, SD or PM modules is an advantage.

· Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week throughout the 6-month internship.
