Service Lead - Cafe

About the role

A modern café with breakfast, brunch, lunch, pastries and cakes is opening in the Clear Water Bay area. We're looking for a capable, organised and energetic Service Lead to oversee front of house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily front of house service
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and organisation
• Train and guide FOH staff to deliver consistent, efficient service
• Manage guest flow, seating and service pacing
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen during peak periods
• Represent the café with a calm, confident and positive presence
