- Service Operations & Team Management -Lead Machine Technicians and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Allocate service calls, monitor TAT, and optimize technician schedules.
- Ensure compliance with service SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Coach and develop technicians to improve performance.
- Train dealers on maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Technical Support & Problem Resolution - Resolve complex machine breakdowns and support advanced troubleshooting.
- Analyze field failures and implement preventive improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions with R&D and Manufacturing.
- Validate repairs before customer handover.
- Customer Relationship Management -Manage escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits and provide technical support.
- Lead product demonstrations and support customer evaluations.
- Service Planning & Documentation - Review service reports and track key service KPIs.
- Plan spare parts availability and maintain service tools.
