Service Lead

Standard working hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Role

Carrying out installs and servicing of all door products for cold storage, dairy & food processing, logistics & warehousing, retail & supermarket, architecture & trades and more.

Duties include:

• Preventative Maintenance, servicing and repairs
• Breakdown response and fault finding
• Installation Support and commissioning
• Customer Relationship Management
• Coordinating contractors
• Admin and time management

About You

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving skills
• Fault finding skills - root cause identification
• Basic electrical understanding would be an advantage (option to train to an electrical licence)
• Strong communicator to represent the brand well
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Well organised with strong time management and administrative skills
• Career minded with a desire to grow
• Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
• Able to travel around NZ, at times working at our other branches including staying away
