Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests' enquiries.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve requests professionally.
• Prepare and maintain dining areas to company cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Process payments and operate the POS system where required.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
