We are looking for Service Leader - Engineering with following duties and requirements:

As Service Leader - Engineering, we rely on you to:

1、Assist in arranging daily maintenance tasks for hotel mechanical and electrical equipment (e.g., air conditioning, lighting, plumbing), and implement regular inspection plans as required.

2、Respond to equipment failures in a timely manner (e.g., power system malfunctions, elevator issues), perform repairs or coordinate with technicians to resolve problems promptly.

3、Keep records of equipment maintenance, repair processes and material usage, and report abnormal situations to superiors in a timely manner.

4、Assist in controlling engineering maintenance costs, including proper use of maintenance materials and participation in inventory checks of spare parts.

5、Comply with safety operation regulations, conduct daily safety checks on work areas, and ensure maintenance operations meet safety standards.

We Are Looking Someone Who 1、High school diploma or above; majors in mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, etc., are preferred. Possession of electrician certificate or other professional qualifications is required.

2、At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering maintenance, familiar with the working principles of various hotel equipment.

3、Ability to independently handle common equipment failures with strong hands-on operational skills.

4、Knowledge of fire safety regulations and basic awareness of safety risk identification.

5、Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work and emergency repair tasks.
