We are looking for Service Leader - Reception As a Service Leader - Reception ， we rely on you to: Duties and Responsibilities ：

• Master the room reservation situation, report to the department manager about the reservation of important groups and guests, and be responsible for the implementation of VIP reception work;
• Handle the errors in the work of the front office and handle guest complaints;
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Front Desk property and equipment, including the collection and archiving of all kinds of materials;
• Check daily reports of Front Desk;
• Establish good guest relations and strive to increase room sales.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Good oral and written English skills;
• College degree or above, At least 2 years working experience in front office;
• Good team leader and executive ability;
• Master the basic knowledge of hotel management, good at communicating with guests;
