We are looking for Service Leader - Stewarding, we rely on you to:

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring proper cleaning, sanitation, storage, and distribution of kitchen equipment, utensils, and tableware.
• Manage stewarding staff schedules and performance to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and food sanitation standards, and coordinate closely with Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams to support hotel operations.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Familiarity with stewarding operations, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
