Shangri-La Putian is located beside the newly-built Shouxi park, Uniquely positioned at the juncture of history and modernity, it will pay tribute to the river town’s ancient heritage as well as harmony between man and nature. It has 260 well-appointed smart rooms offering panoramic views of the city and Yanshou river. 作为培训主管，我们希望您承担以下职责：

• 负责培训的前期材料及课室的准备工作
• 维护准确的各种培训项目及详细资料的培训数据库，包括培训护照的跟踪管理
• 帮助部门培训员识别问题并找到解决方案以减少客人投诉
• 完成由管理人员交代履行的其他工作职责

候选人应具备以下能力：

• 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先
• 具备至少1年酒店同等经验
• 流利的英语、普通话口头表达和书写能力
• 积极主动，服务意识强
• 良好的人际交往能力
