该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1. External Relationships: - in overseeing departmental operations, including analyzing and forecasting operational status.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies, structures, budgets, and specific goals to increase patient referrals from external providers.
• Offer timely and tailored solutions aligned with providers' needs, negotiating and finalizing agreements directly.
• Conduct research to identify new potential providers and market opportunities in East China, particularly in and around Shanghai.
• Attend events with customers and prospects outside of regular working hours to cultivate relationships, such as client dinners, trade shows, and conferences. 2. Internal Relationships:
• Coordinate patient care with internal and external doctors, patients, and relevant parties to ensure high-quality care.
• Cultivate professional relationships with key personnel across departments within Shanghai United and other facilities in the UFH network.
• Monitor performance metrics and propose enhancements, preparing sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to drive lead generation efforts, such as composing articles for new media, designing service packages, and promoting services both within and outside the hospital.
