Service Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for Service Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate service operations

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls, maintenance, and repair appointments.
• Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, and workload.
• Prepare service work orders and maintain accurate service records.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure parts and materials are available.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Maintain reports on service activities, pending jobs, and completed work.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service documentation when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or a related technical service industry is preferred.
• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
