Culligan Water is currently seeking a Service Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Service Maintenance Technician performs water testing and cleanings, filter changes, and maintenance service while handling invoicing and collections. Additionally, team members are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Responsibilities

• Test and clean water treatment systems in businesses and schools
• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to learn water testing and chemical usage
• Mechanical aptitude
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
• Detail-oriented, highly organized
• Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
• Clean and professional appearance
• Able to regularly lift or move up to 100-200 lbs
