Service Management Specialist

Context

Our client is undertaking a complete redesign of its IT Operating Model and preparing to operate within a structured multi-vendor ecosystem under a value-driven SIAM operating model. This transformation significantly impacts governance, processes, roles & responsibilities, and ways of working across internal teams and suppliers.

Missions

• Design, implement, and stabilize the new Service Management and governance framework

• Ensure effective service integration and vendor performance control

• Align service management practices with business objectives

• Report to the Service Management Lead

Tools & Environment

• ITIL V3 & ITIL V4 frameworks

• SIAM operating model in a multi-vendor organization

• Governance frameworks aligned with CGEIT principles

• Process optimization methodologies such as LEAN IT

Working Conditions

• Role requires trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English

• Experience in public or semi-public sector environments

• Involvement in outsourcing transitions and RFP-driven supplier selection processes

• Engagement with complex stakeholder landscapes at executive and operational levels

1. ITIL V3 & ITIL V4 certifications
2. SIAM certification
3. 15 years IT experience, including minimum 10 years in strategic/tactical Service Management
4. Proven SIAM Operating Model design & implementation experience in multi-vendor organization
5. Minimum 5 years experience in public or semi-public sector
6. Trilingual FR/NL/EN with demonstrated ability to work in a 3-language environment
7. +10 relevant years additional experience in strategic Service Management within complex multi-vendor organizations
8. +10 relevant years experience in IT Operating Model design or transformation programs
9. +5 years additional experience in public or semi-public sector environments
10. Demonstrated practical experience delivering SIAM implementations end-to-end, from design and build through operational run
11. Proven experience leading supplier governance boards and performance review forums
12. Strong track record in outsourcing transitions and RFP-driven supplier selection processes
13. Experience implementing governance frameworks aligned with CGEIT principles
14. Experience delivering measurable process optimization initiatives (LEAN IT or equivalent)
15. Demonstrated capability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes at executive and operational levels
