Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end service operations of the workshop.
• Build and improve service volume at the current setup.
• Ensure all workshop operations comply with applicable legal and statutory requirements, including Pollution Control Board, Labour Welfare Board and other regulations.
• Effectively manage the workshop team, including technicians and service staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to service quality standards and company processes.
• Drive workshop profitability through effective resource and operational management.
• Monitor and achieve key service KPIs, including:

o Service Retention

o Service TAT

o Parts Target

o NPS

o VAS Sales

o Customer Satisfaction

• Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree / Diploma/ Mechanical.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive workshop/service operations.
• Strong experience in workshop management and service operations.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of service KPIs, workshop profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and statutory compliance.
• Ability to multitask, manage teams and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, EV service, or two-wheeler/four-wheeler service operations will be preferred.
