Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Service Manager – HVAC, Refrigeration & Commercial Cooking Equipment to work on a contract basis. Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment service operations. The role requires managing field technicians, maintaining service schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment service teams.

• Develop and implement service schedules to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with technicians to resolve complex service requests and escalations.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment warranties, and customer communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment service management.

• Proven ability to manage field service teams and optimize service delivery.

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC controls, and commercial cooking equipment.

• Experience with service scheduling software and maintenance tracking systems.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
