Position Overview

As Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor technicians, coordinate projects from start to finish, and play a pivotal role in the sales process for new installations.

What You Bring

• Red Seal Certification – Plumbing or HVAC
• Gas A or B Ticket (required)
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven plumbing sales experience
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule technicians and projects
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow
• Manage materials and supplies requisition
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Provide accurate estimates and drive sales for new installations
• Lead training and mentoring initiatives
• Maintain detailed records for compliance, billing, and project documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $100,000/year (negotiable)
