Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager to manage workshop operations, service quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in automotive workshop operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day workshop and service operations.
• Drive service volume and improve overall workshop productivity.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the service/workshop team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workshop profitability and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech with 3**+ years of experience** in automotive workshop/service operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive service processes.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in EV / automobile service operations will be an added advantage.
