Service Manager

6-8 years of relevant experience in service delivery, SaaS/platform administration, or technology service management.

• Expert-level administration experience with both Google Workspace, Slack.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of backend configuration, administration, governance, and service operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology services beyond day-to-day technical support.
• Experience delivering end-user training, adoption initiatives, change communications, and service improvements.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product roadmaps and the ability to translate new capabilities into business opportunities.
• Proven ability to analyze and present service metrics, adoption data, and performance insights to leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.

Two equal halves to the role:

• Admin/technical: backend configuration, certified admin knowledge of both tools
• Proactive service management: end-user training, change communications, roadmap awareness

Preferred / Strong Differentiators

• Google Workspace Administrator certification.
• Slack administration certification or equivalent recognized administrator credential.
