Service Manager

All Diesel Equipment are a fast growing company and want you to be part of our team in Coffs Harbour. The main duties of this role are to maintain the full operation of the service department as required but not limited to;

·         Customer Service

·         Coordinating flow of work through workshop,

·         Maintaining on time invoicing and payments, Estimating and quoting repairs

·         Manage workshop staff and service advisors

·         Oversee the Warranty processing

·         Oversee Field service organizing and co-ordination

About You:

• Manage service enquiries with a high level of customer service.
• Trade Qualifications or mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate a team of mechanics and service advisors
• Have sound computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and ability to learn the department operating systems.
• Have a positive approach with a high level of customer service in mind.
• Work well in a positive team environment
