We’re currently looking for an experienced and community-minded Service Manager to lead our service team. In this key role, you’ll ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly, while keeping customer satisfaction and team success at the heart of everything you do. Wage: Commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, support and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors
• Drive customer satisfaction, service accuracy and overall department performance
• Oversee repair processes and ensure all work meets Steele Auto Group's high standards
• Step in to support diagnostics and technical challenges when needed
• Keep the shop organized, safe and fully equipped for day-to-day efficiency
• Train and develop your team, encouraging continuous learning and growth
• Monitor productivity and performance targets, making adjustments as needed
• Ensure customers are supported with care, clarity and professionalism
• Foster a team culture rooted in trust, accountability and great service

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of automotive experience, ideally within Fixed Operations
• Proven leadership experience with a hands-on, supportive style
• Highly organized and motivated, with a drive to continuously improve
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster a positive shop culture where people want to show up and do their best
