Service Manager – HVAC

Experience: 5–8 years
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC service and maintenance operations.
• Handle site/service team and allocate manpower.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors.
• Monitor AMC, breakdown, preventive maintenance, and service schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of complaints and service activities.
• Prepare service reports, quotations, and MIS.
• Monitor service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage billing, recovery, and service-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong HVAC/MEP service knowledge.
• Good team management and client coordination skills.
• Experience in AMC and breakdown services preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
