Service Manager

Duties

• Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality vehicle repairs
• Oversee service writing, estimates, and parts ordering using estimating software and dealership systems
• Drive sales through upselling additional services such as oil changes, alignments, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair
• Maintain strong client communication by explaining repair needs clearly and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto service management or dealership service departments with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics
• Mechanical knowledge a plus
• Will be trained Proficiency with estimating software
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
• Familiarity with automotive systems such as transmissions, oil changes, alignments, suspension, tire services, shocks & struts, brake repair a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
