Service Manager

Purpose

To manage the complete service department efficiently, ensuring high-quality vehicle servicing, customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, timely delivery, and achievement of service revenue and operational targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and manage the service team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with high service quality.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service productivity, job allocation, and turnaround time.
• Coordinate with technicians and other departments for efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Prepare service reports and monitor key performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Service Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of automobile service operations.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage service targets and operational efficiency.
