Service Manager

Envico Supported Living Ltd is recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee and manage a Supported Living Service located in Hayes, Middlesex which supports adults with Learning Disabilities including Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Challenging behaviour.

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs, including challenging behaviour
• Rota Management
• Knowledge of CQC and KLOEs
• Managing Referrals and Compliance of the service.
• Directly line manage a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers
• Provide regular supervisions, appraisals and inductions
• Ensure quality and compliance is maintained within the location, including regular finance audits, updating the people we support plans, risk assessments and facilitating person centred plan meetings with and behalf of the people we support
• Provide on-call support where required

To be successful for the position you will have previous experience in a managerial role in the health and social care sector, you will have, or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Full driving licence with own vehicle, previous experience in positive behaviour support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £41,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

• Greenford UB6 0RR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• managing LD services: 5 years (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (preferred)
